1、 第页 管坯车间厂房建筑结构设计 摘要 本设计为某单层厂房,本车间的主要任务是堆放钢材坯料及运输。本厂房为两跨等 跨等高厂房,跨度为 24m,每跨吊车都为 32T。因为该厂房地区抗震设防烈度为 7 度, 所以在设计中考虑地震作用。在建筑设计中根据厂房的生产状况、建厂地点、水文、地 质条件、工艺流程等条件对厂房的平面布置、剖面、采光、支撑、基础梁、吊车梁和排 水系统等进行了设计。在结构设计中根据本厂房的条件在相关图集中选择合适的构件。 在荷载计算中根据构件选择计算自重荷载,活载、风载、吊车荷载,根据底部剪力法计 算各荷载,然后根据内力组合原则确定各截面最不利内力。在考虑地震作用时,对柱子 考虑空
2、间作用,乘以调整系数。在内力组合中选择最不利内力分别对无地震和有地震进 行组合,然后对柱子进行抗震、牛腿、吊装验算和配筋计算,最后进行基础选形、验算 及配筋。 关键词:单层厂房;建筑设计; 结构设计;地震作用 第页 A building structure design of Yingkou pipe workshop Abstract This design is a single plant in yingkou region, the main task of this workshop is stacked steel billet and transport. In internal force combination, choosing the most adverse internal force of no earthquake and earthquake are combined, respectively, then the post cracking, bracket, hoisting and checking and reinforcement calculation, finally carries on the foundation type selection, calculation and reinforcement.
