1、1 毛皮冲孔机的设计毛皮冲孔机的设计 摘 要 用毛皮制作的服装以其保暖，舒适，高贵等特点备受人们的喜爱，若在服饰中加入药 材，可起到保健，治病的作用。天然皮革具有透气性,这主要是通过皮板中的纤维间隙、 毛细管和毛孔来透气。毛皮带有毛被,无毛孔,因而透气性较差。要使药力透过皮板充分发 挥药效,就必须在皮板上开孔而又要保持毛被的美观。本文探讨了毛皮冲孔机的国内外研 究进展、开发背景、市场需求，并对毛皮冲孔机在开发、设计、使用需求上的状况进行了 分析。明确了毛皮冲孔机的设计目的和设计意义，确定了设计理念和原则要求，在此基本 上进行了毛皮冲孔机设计。通过对毛皮结构的分析，提出了“针刺熱熨”的冲孔方法，
2、采 用圆锥冲针冲刺和冲针热熨扩孔，圆满解决了在皮板上冲孔又不伤毛被的问题。通过槽轮 和凸轮的运用，实现了机器的多工位运转，大大提高了在皮板上开孔的效率和质量。 在对各部分机械结构的多种方案进行比较基础上，结合生产实际，给出冲孔机整体结 构及各零件的设计。通过参数计算对冲孔机的主要零件进行选择和校核，最后应用通过 Catia软件实现冲孔机的三维建模和装配，通过AutoCAD软件实现二维工程图绘制。 简言之，本文旨在设计一种能帮助企业提高生产效率，降低生产成本的新型毛皮冲孔 机，不单是通过传统的二维设计图纸，而是通过三维软件 Catia，将冲孔机形象生动地展现 在人们面前。 关键词：毛皮针刺、热熨
