2、基础。 本论文主要叙述了高压辊磨机的总体设计与三维建模分析。主要内容如下: 1.总体方案设计与规划。首先根据经验公式,设计完成给定任务量所需的高压 辊磨机的各部分参数,如辊径,辊宽、辊磨力,功率等参数。然后是结构设计和整 体规划。最后进行非标准件的尺寸确定与标准件的选型。 2.从基于特征的零件建模和装配技术的探讨出发,通过实体建模、虚拟装配设 计完成辊磨机的结构设计;通过对装配体进行静态干涉检查,以检验结构设计的合 理性。 本论文从工程实用角度出发,不但缩短了产品的开发设计周期,提高产品设计 质量,降低设计成本,而且为高压辊磨机整个设备的设计提供了有效的解决途径。 关键词:高压辊磨机;组合辊;

In this thesis, HPGR are designed and dynamic simulation with CAD technology based on feature 3D solid modeling, to solve the important technical problems in term of development and design of the equipment, but also lays a technical base for furthering the development progres
5、s of industrialized and serial equipment,accelerate the application of equipment in metal mining for crushing hard ironstone.
