2、 不怎么舒适,不利于操作者的长期作业。因此运用人机工程学的相关知识,考 虑人体尺寸、色彩心理学等知识,对机床进行以人为本的设计。设计过程中, 先对现有机床进行尺寸测量,然后运用 UG 软件建立初始模型,最后运用人机 工程的知识对机床的基本尺寸、 控制面板、 操作环境和整体造型行进改进设计, 使得人-机-环境三者之间做到相互协调,从而提高人机系统的工作效率。 关键词:数控机床,人机工程,设计 II 外文摘要外文摘要 TitleTitle The Design Of CNC Machine Tool Based On Man-machine engineering AbstractAbstract
3、 Currently more and more CNC machine tools have been used in the manufacturing industry, but the efficiency of machine tool has never been satisfactory .it seems due to the improper use, but in fact it is the machine has weakness at the beginning of the design. 5、m operation. So we use the related knowledge of Man-machine engineering, considering the knowledge of body size and psychology of color, design the machine tool based on people. In the design process, firstly we measure the existing machine tool, and then use UG software to establish the initial mod
6、el, using man-machine engineering knowledge, designing the machine control panel, operating environment and the overall shape of CNC, making Man - Machine - Environment coordinate with each other, lastly the man-machine system work efficiency will improve.
