1、 基于 PLC 的水泥工艺煤磨段自动控制系统设计 设计说明 煤粉制备在工业生产中有重要作用,被广泛应用于冶金、矿山、电力、水 泥等行业。传统煤粉制备控制系统,具有控制点少、靠人工测量、手动操作等 特点,随着生产规模的不断扩大和产量的提高,控制系统的处理量不断增大, 以往人工现场控制手段己很难满足生产的要求,同时由于人工检测误差大,控 制设备落后、安全性低,给整个系统的生产操作和管理带来了很大的困难。 根据我国的水泥生产发展现状, 本文以水泥工艺煤粉制备系统为研究对象, 分析并设计了基于 PLC 的水泥工艺煤磨段自动控制系统。 本文介绍了我国的水泥煤粉制备自动化现状和水泥工艺煤磨段的设备构成 及
2、工作原理,分析了煤磨段中需要控制和监视的对象,以球磨机负荷为控制对 象,重点从上位系统和下位系统介绍了控制系统的设计过程。下位系统的设计 通过对煤磨段的工作原理分析,确定系统的 I/O 点数,进行 PLC 的选型与硬件 配置,绘制程序流程图,并完成程序的编写;上位系统的设计通过 WinCC 进行 变量的建立、人机监控画面的设计;并且详细介绍上位系统和下位系统的通讯 和连接。 论文最后对系统进行调试和运行,分析系统可实现的功能,并总结系统设 计过程中的主要工作内容。 关键词:煤磨段;PLC;自动控制;WinCC;监控 第 1 页 Design of Cement Process Coal Mil
