2、次设计中选择 AT89C51 单片机和 CPLD 的结合来实现。其中单片机完成整 个测量电路的测试控制、数据处理和显示输出;CPLD 主要完成频率测量功能,频率 的测量范围在 1HZ1MHZ 之间, 其中测量误差在 1HZ;键盘信号由 AT89C51 单片机进 行处理,它从 CPLD 读回计数数据并进行运算,向显示电路输出测量结果;显示器电 路采用 5 段 LED 动态显示,由 1 个 74HC138 译码器和 74HC573 锁存器驱动 5 个数码 管。 关键词关键词: 频率计,EDA 技术,CPLD,单片机,等精度测量 II Abstract Frequency detection is
