2、别，不能迎合时下客户对房屋的需求。手工管理存在数据的遗 漏、误报等弊端，欠缺优化、新鲜度、互动性，所以开发一种网上房产管理信息 系统是必然趋势。 本文着重阐述了房产管理信息系统功能模块的分析、设计和实现。介绍了系 统的开发环境以及开发工具，对于设计思想和设计流程也做出了全面的叙述，在 数据库创建思想以及各个数据表之间的具体关联等方面也做出了详细说明，并且 具体剖析了系统各个功能的实现过程以及详细设计过程，在绘制简单系统功能模 块图的同时，力求更加清晰地表明设计思想以及对整个程序设计的规划及具体实 现。 本房产管理信息系统采用 B/S 体系结构， 其开发主要包括前台客户应用操作、 查询和后台数据
3、库的建立、维护的开发两个方面。根据实际需求，本系统采用模 块化的设计思想，搭建运行环境 IIS5.1，通过使用 JavaScript 脚本语言完成动态 的、 交互的 web 服务器应用程序， 结合 Access 数据库开发系统， 实现了楼盘展示、 出租求租信息、出售求购信息、会员专区的查询分析功能，完成后台管理员对系 统信息、会员信息、房源信息、订单信息、留言信息的管理。 关键词： 管理信息系统，B/S 结构，ASP，Access 数据库 计算机科学与技术系毕业设计（论文） III ABSTRACT Along with the development of the network, more
