2、式刹车机构系统,内胀式刹车结构系统具有良好的刹车制动性 能,其具有的自刹车性能,可以很好的保证抽油机的正常生产以及操作人员的人生安全。除此之 外,还根据已知的抽油机相关参数,通过计算得到了制动器主要参数、制动力矩和制动力等相关 参数,以及对关键的零部件进行设计和校核。最后对制动性能进行了详细分析。 关键字关键字:制动 内胀式制动器 故障分析 刹车装置 安全生产 II 装 订 线 Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design of braking system of the pumping units. First of all , intro
3、ducing the braking systems design significance, current research and design goals .Then the program analysis and selection of the braking systems is in progress , which includes the form of the braking system , the selection of the braking driving mechanism .Through finding the problems in the pumpi
4、ng process , it aims at solving problems of difficulty with adjustment of draw bar type brake gear on pumping unit , the source of trouble was hunted through the calculation analysis and the effective solution was obtained . The improvement was made on the operation device of brake gear in order to
5、satisfy the braking requirement . At last, the plan adopting the within the expansion brake system , with its good self-braking performance which can ensure normal production and the safety of the workers .
