1、 I 摘要摘要 本设计题目为中间包小车,驱动形式采用了交流电动机驱动,转速可调,结 构形式为门型。它的作用是支承、调整、运输、更换中间包。 它的工艺要求是小车结构有利于浇铸、捞渣和烧氧等操作;能在浇铸过程中 前后调节水口中心线位置,并且能自动升降,以便于中间包的装卸。主要运用在 了连铸机浇铸平台上, 将准备好的中间包从准备的位置运输到浇铸位置, 利用纵、 横向微调和升降机构,使中间包水口对中并插入到结晶器中进行浇铸。升降机构 的驱动方式有两种:电动,液压传动。车上设有中间包称量装置,每台中间包都 配备四个测力传感器, 利用压力变化时引起磁性材料导磁率变化输出的电信号与 压力(重量)成正比,以显
2、示中间包内钢水的重量。选用测力传感器的容量取决 于中间包满罐的总重。 其主要参数:中间包小车的开进工作速度 2-20m/min;升降机构用电动机驱 动,丝杠螺母的结构,升降的高度为 470mm,行走机构行程为 16400mm,对中 行程为 150mm,最大承载能力为 50t。 本文包含了绪论、设计计算、结论三部分。绪论部分简述了中间包车的各个 主要部分的特性、技术要求和中间包小车的问题与改进措施。设计计算部分主要 对设计参数及强度的校核。结论部分主要是对整个设计过程进行的小结。 关键词:交流电机驱动;电动提升;中间包车;门型;设计计算。 II Abstract This design titl
