1、 1 摘要摘要 在工业生产高度发展的现代社会里，利用模具加工是一种重要的加工方法，在一 些国家里模具甚至被称为是“黄金”、“金属加工业中的帝王”、“磁力工业”等。 这些都足以看出模具在工业中的重要地位。 本次设计的是“饭盒注塑模”和“三垫片套排复合冲裁模” 。 （1）饭盒注塑模主要介绍了塑料饭盒盒身的设计思路和加工过程。塑料饭盒盒身具 有重量轻、易清洁、耐腐蚀老化、强度高、使用寿命长，制作方便、价格低廉等特点， 是值得人们信赖、喜欢用的产品，它具有非常大的发展前途。本设计采用的是注射成 形， 注射成形是成形热塑加工的主要方法， 就是把塑料原料放入料筒中经过加热熔化， 使之成为高黏度的流体，用柱
2、塞或螺杆作为加压工具，使熔体通过喷嘴以较高压力注 入模具的型腔中，经过冷却、凝固阶段，而后从模具中脱出，成为塑料制品。在设计 过程中，首先对塑料饭盒盒身塑件进行工艺分析，了解此类型塑料的特性、用途等； 在对模具的结构进行分析，根据模具的基本结构来进行对模架的选取，然后再对各种 相关的工艺参数进行校核，以及根据书上的和图书馆丛书的公式和一系列表、参数等 进行对型腔和型芯等的计算，最后进行模具的加热、试模等主要内容。 （2）三垫片套排复合冲裁模是针对复合冲裁模具的设计，在第二章中，先是对冲裁 件的结构工艺性进行分析，然后依次确定模具的类型、总体结构，最后是冲裁力和主 要的尺寸计算、标准件的选用、零
