1、 I 淮北矿业集团芦岭 1.5Mt/a 选煤厂方案设计及主厂房工艺布 置 摘要 中国是一个煤炭生产大国,中国的煤炭企业越来越重视选煤行业的发展,以 提高煤炭产品质量。因此,先进的设计有着重要作用。本设计是芦岭选煤厂的主 厂房,这篇论文首先介绍芦岭矿厂区位置、地理概况和原料煤基地。本设计采用 重介选煤工艺,其主要设备是无压给料三产品重介质旋流器。然后阐明了芦岭矿 选煤厂的选煤方法的特点以及制定该工艺的依据。 并且介绍了选煤厂的服务年限 和车间的工作制度,编制计算和选型。最后,从数量检查、质量检查和采制化设 施三个方面论述了该厂生产技术检查。设计符合设计要求,能够较好地完成设计 任务。 关键词:三

In the last part, I discuss the arrangement of crafts and the quantity check and the facilities adopted, by which the technique of Luling coal preparation plant can be checked.
