1、 I 立卧三面组机专用夹具设计 摘 要 机械加工夹具是实现产品设计,保证产品质量,节约能源,降低消耗的重要 手段,本课题研究立卧三面组合机床夹具设计。本论文是结合目前实际生产中, 发现仅用通用夹具不能满足生产要求,用通用夹具装夹工件生产效率低劳动强大, 加工质量不高,而且往往需要增加划线工序,而专门设计一种夹具:立卧三面组 机专用夹具,主要包括夹具的定位方案,夹紧方案、导向方案,夹具体与定位键 的设计及加工精度等方面的分析。 夹具设计是工艺装备设计中的一个重要组成部分,在整个机械加工过程中, 夹具除了夹紧、固定被加工零件外,还要求保证加工零件的形状、位置精度、尺 寸以及加工生产率的提高。本课题
