2、 度为 18m，建筑面积 5971.25m2，共五层，层高均为 3.6 米。 结构计算中首先初估构件尺寸，其次进行了重力荷载代表值的计算，然后用 顶点位移法求出自振周期；按底部剪力法计算水平地震作用的大小，用 D 值法求 出在水平作用下的结构内力； 采用弯矩二次分配法求出竖向荷载作用下的结构内 力，在此基础上进行内力组合，从而选取最不利组合进行框架梁、柱截面配筋计 算。最后进行楼板、板式楼梯和柱下独立基础的配筋计算。 关键词关键词：框架结构；截面设计；抗震设计；内力计算 A Design of library in A university in Hefei Abstract This gra
