1、摘 要 科技的发展，带来的是信息量的增加，如何更加有效地管理和利用这些信息 以成为一个重要的研究领域。而公司为了提高工作效率，更是需要一套有效的管 理系统才能更好地利用这些资源，提高利益。本系统结合公司实际情况，经过实 际的需求分析， 采用 Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2003 做为开发工具而开发出来的 文件管理系统。 本毕业设计主要讲述如何有效地管理文件和维护系统的功能，系统主要包括 三方面的功能，文件管理，构成管理和运用管理。论文中将主要讲述后面两大功 能模块的设计，实现和运用，其中运用管理中具有日志管理功能，它能更加有效 地维护系统，对系统的安全进行操作。该系
