2、门为玻璃门外，其余均采用钢 铁门，窗为铝合金窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，边柱截面尺寸 为 500 500 ，中柱柱截面尺寸为 600 600 。建筑地点地质条件良好， 采用柱下独立基础。楼梯采用混凝土板式楼梯，设计严格遵守我国现行规范，计算 中包括荷载计算，内力组合，基础设计及验算，柱，梁的强度验算和整体稳定验算， 楼梯设计等。 关键词：框架结构 独立基础 钢筋混凝土 抗震设计 毕毕 业业 设设 计计 外外 文文 摘摘 要要 Title Design of a framework of hotels in Hengshui City Abstract This project,
3、 serving as a practical subject of application, is located in Hengshui downtown area and design of a framework of hotels in Hengshui . With a level II fireproof grade and a level II safety class, this building occupies a venue of 65m 40m. In addition, this project has a building area of 5000 square
4、meters. The strength of the beams, plates and concrete columns in each layer of this five-layered building is C30. HRB400 steel bars are used lengthwise while HPB300、 HRB335 steel bars are used anywhere else. The building plane is square with a total length of 54 meters and a total width of about 18
5、 meters. The building elevation is neat and clean. All doors are made of steel except the middle door in the front which is made of glass. Aluminum alloy windows are used. This project employs a reinforced concrete frame structure. The side column is 500 mm x 500 mm while that column als is 600mm 60
6、0mm. The geological condition of the construction site is good. An under column independent foundation and slab-typed concrete stairs are designed.
