3、bstract: this project was technical process and fire fighting system design for oil depot which business sale scale is 750000 t/a,This design will provide better preservation and transportation of petroleum ways in this district. The design is divided into two parts: account for the engineer and blu
4、eprint. In the account for the engineer,I firstly calculated storage capacity for all kinds of products and selected oil tanks volume, type and number. Then I performed relative arrangement for all parts of the depot including tank farm, pump house, pipelines, valves, roads, dispatching area by road
5、 and by water way, management buildings, fire fighting system and so on. The calculation parts include the water head loss calculations for petroleum products receiving and dispatching by road and by water way and for fire fighting system. The drawing parts include the arrangement of oil depot, tech
6、nical process diagrams for oil receiving and dispatching, the installation of pipelines in dispatch area, technical process of fire fighting system, and lastly pump house installation.In additional, I also consider automatic control system instrument selection for the oil depot operation in this project as possible.
