1、 1 摘摘 要要 本设计基于各种脱粒机的结构,主要研究玉米脱粒机的传动系统的结构、工作原理, 并在此依据基础上完成零部件的设计,并依据相关机械设计软件来完成零部件的设计。本 着从经济性和实用性的角度出发,针对农业发展的需要设计出一种结构简单,工作效率高 的玉米脱粒机。首先应该根据玉米盘的自身形状来展开初步设计,从而展开总体方案的传 动设计。 研究的主要内容基本包括玉米脱粒机构、电机的选择、带轮的结构设计。一般机械设 计方法,通常多从总体方案开始,在总体方案中又首先从机构的分析开始,确定方案后再 进行必要的设计计算和结构设计,最后以完成的设备图纸和设计计算书作为整个设计计算 的成果。为了减轻农民
