3、ng-low shift system, which running in ammonia plant of 30 000 t annually. Middle-string-low flow technological procedure is known for its lower energy costs. Gas saturator/water heater column is major equipment for heat recovery and comprehensive utilization in the shifting system. This design and o
4、peration directly affect the consumption of the system, which in the bottom place of the ammonia plant. We calculated the heat and matter in the water hotter and gas saturator and the water heater. The balance curve and the operating curve of the gas saturator/water heater column are calculated. The
5、 cycling water yield and the number of theoretical plates of the gas saturator/water heater column are calculated too.
