2、务管理模式的三种类型， 并对这三种类型分别进行了系 统地阐述。结合三种财务管理模式的优缺点，作出恰当的利弊分析。最终由以上的比较 分析提出我国现代集团公司财务管理模式应实行集成化财务管理模式的观点， 并着重分 析它的推行动因及在中国石油化工集团中成功的实际应用。 关键词 集团公司；财务管理模式；集成化 - II Abstract The establishing of the modern corporation system and the appearance of the big group corporation, which is organized by assets reorga
