2、现，对食品包装技术和 设备都带来了严峻的挑战。 本论文在研究机械包装的发展情况上，同时对国内外的同行业进行了概述，并严谨 地探讨了封口机械的结构特点和工作原理。本设计进行了薄膜包装机的设计方案论证、 包装原理分析、机械结构设计和强度计算等，其工作原理是薄膜卷装在可调节轴向距离 的轴上，薄膜经导向滚筒、牵引滚筒进入薄膜导向成型器,然后通过加热器。进而，纵 封辊将薄膜横封成筒状，横封辊将筒状薄膜的底部封口，制成敞口袋，供料机构向敞口 袋内充填物料， 然后横封辊将敞口袋的口封合， 切割装置的切刀将连续包装袋切成单袋， 完成包装过程。 本文设计的薄膜包装机，是通过流水线带式传动自动进行上料和下料，由气
