1、 I 摘要摘要 近年来,由于无线通信技术的飞速发展,使电磁波频谱变得越来越拥挤, 而在无线通信系统 中,尤其是在接收机前端,带通滤波器性能的优劣直接影响到整个接收机性能的好坏。因此, 发展高性能,研究小型化的微波滤波器是当前非常受关注的议题。 本次基于椭圆函数的微波带通滤波器设计,首先,由要求的技术指标确定滤波器阶数; 其次,通过已成熟的滤波器理论查表确定相应低通原型滤波器各元件的参数,并根据频率变 换得到所需带通滤波器的电路模型;然后,借助微波电路设计的首选工程软件 ADS2008 对其 原理图进行仿真,得到所设计的椭圆函数微波带通滤波器的 21 S和 11 S的数据显示图;最后通 过分析数
2、据图并不断优化设计方案以达到所设计的技术指标要求,并综合比较得到最佳的原 理图及相应的元件值。分析数据结果可得到所设计的滤波器达到了设计指标要求,表明设计 设计方案可行。 关键词:关键词:椭圆函数;微波滤波器;ADS II Abstract In recent years, due to the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the electromagnetic spectrum is becoming increasingly congested. In the wireless communication
3、system, especially in the front-end of the receiver band-pass, the performance quality of band-pass filter directly affect the performance of the receiver. Therefore, research for high-performance and miniaturized microwave filter is very popular currently. This article designs a microwave band-pass
4、 filter based on elliptic functions. Firstly, the filter order number are determined by the requirements of the technical indicators; Secondly, we look-up table to determine the parameters of the corresponding low-pass prototype filter through the mature theory of filter and according to the frequen
5、cy conversion we get the circuit model of band-pass filter; Then, we simulate for its schematic by means of a microwave circuit design preferred engineering software ADS2008 and data 21 S and 11 S the elliptic function of the microwave band-pass filter design are shown in Figure; Finally, we analyze
6、 the data graph and optimize the design to meet the technical requirements of the design, and compare to get the best integrated schematic and the corresponding component values. The results obtained by analyzing data achieve the design requirements of designed filters and show that the design is feasible.
