1、 I 皮带输送机结构设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是关于固定式带式输送机的设计。其目的是设计一套能够在给 定场合下安全可靠运行的带式输送机系统。 本文是对通用设备(通用固定带式输送机)的选型计算,需要通过计算选择 各组成部件,并着重进行电控系统的分析设计。最后组合成使用于具体条件下的 带式输送机。施工设计主要是根据初步设计选择驱动装置、电动机、减速器、变 频器、制动器等等部件,从而完成输送机的安装布置图。 最后,在基于本文所做的理论分析的基础上,设计了输送机的保护装置及其 电控系统。电控装置核心采用可编程控制器。本文通过对输送机各部件的选型计 算和集控系统的设计以使整个系统能够在给定场合下安全可靠

This article describes the
3、design calculation of choosing the general equipments (the universal fixed belt conveyor ) and the electronic-controlled system, so it needs to choose every part of the belt conveyor though design calculation, and put them together to be used on the occasion.The executive project mainly is according
4、 to preliminary design to choice drive, electric motor, reduction gear, Frequency transformer and brake and so on parts, thus completes the conveyer the installment general arrangement. At last, according to the front theory in this paper, we design the catch equipment and its centralized-control sy

In the article, through choosing each part of the belt conveyer and the design for centralized-control system, ensure that the belt conveyer could safely and credibility run in given situation.
