1、 跨国并购的文化整合研究 摘要 并购是实现企业快速扩张的外部成长途径。随着中国经济的发 展,近年来我国企业的跨国并购活动非常活跃。但是在跨国并购的过程中,我 国企业在文化整合方面也遇到很多难题。本文首先介绍了跨国并购和文化整合 的含义;接着对文化冲突的表现形式,产生原因及其影响作了简单分析。在此 基础上提出了跨国并购文化整合的四种模式:融合模式,同化模式,隔离模式 和革新模式;最后提出了对跨国并购文化整合的建议。 关键词跨国并购 文化冲突 文化整合 A Study on the Integration of Culture in Cross-border Merger and Acquisit

With the development of Chinas economy, cross-border mergers and acquisitions are quite frequent in Chinese corporations. While in the course of cross-border merger and acquisition, Chinese corporations encounter lots of

And then the thesis tries to make a analysis about the pattern of manifestation, cause and influence of cultural conflict. On the base of the st
