2、去除率随氯离子浓度的增加而增大。通过试 验确定的电化学法去除氨氮的最佳工况条件:电流密度为 30mA/cm2,极板间距为 2cm,氯离子质量浓度为 200mg/L。在上述条件下,电解反应 2h,氨氮的浓度从 128mg/L 降至 6.02mg/L,去除率可达到 95.3%,符合 GB18918-2002“生活污水排 放标准”中的一级 B 排放标准。表明采用电化学法对农村生活污水进行处理,可 大大改善污水的性能,具有较大的应用前景。 关键词:电化学法,农村生活污水,影响因素,氨氮 II Study on Treatment of Rural Sewage by Electrochemical M
3、ethod ABSTRACT By using electrochemical method of simulated the rural sewage , as IrO2 - Pt/Ti inert electrode is for anode , investigating the current density, plate spacing, the chloride ion concentration influence factors on the ammonia nitrogen removal effect.The results show that: in a certain
4、range, the greater the current density, the higher the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen. However the excessive current density will cause the increase of energy loss; Plate distance being appropriate reduced can improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen, which is too large or too small can reduce
5、 the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency; Ammonia nitrogen removal rate increases with the increased concentration of chloride ions. Electrochemical removal of ammonia nitrogen condition goes as follows: current density is 30 mA/cm2, plate distance is 2 cm, and chloride ion mass concentration is 200
6、 mg/L. Under the above conditions, when the electrolysis reaction time is 2 h, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen dropped from 128 mg/L to 6.02 mg/L, according with level 1B emission standards in GB18918-2002 “Discharge standard of sewage“, Its removal rate can reach 95.3%. Using electrochemical method for rural domestic sewage treatment greatly improves the performance of the sewage, which has great application prospect. KEY WORDS: Electrochemical method
