1、 共 2 页 第 1 页 装 订 线 年产年产 71 万吨的高产热轧线材车间万吨的高产热轧线材车间 摘要摘要 钢铁是现在社会经济建设的重要资源,而线材又是其中的重要组成部分。 本设计旨在建立一个年产 71 万吨的高产热轧线材车间。产品规格范围:6 14mm线材,以常见的低碳钢为主展开介绍,简要介绍线材的生产规划流程过程:产 品的规格、坯料的选择、加热炉的选择、轧机轧辊的选择与校核、冷却方式的选择等 等。 本设计采用了连铸坯,可以减少金属的切损,又因连铸坯的组织结构较好,提高了 产品的质量;同时通过采用连铸坯热装热送工艺,通过降低烧损、能耗和减少轧制间隙 时间提高生产率。 本设计以优产高产为原则

The design and production of high yield for the principle, mainly reflected in: the heating furnace for walking beam heating furnace; feeding the side inlet side; mill adopts high speed non-twist wire rod mill; controlled cooling technology after rolling, and through the water tank and a set of Stelmor cooling transportation system.
