1、I 摘 要 本文围绕 258 摩托车平叉焊接生产的工艺设计这一课题,针对目前摩托车平 叉生产布局不合理,生产效率低,产品一次合格率不高的问题, 调查收集目前国内外 摩托车平叉生产制造企业的现状,分析研究生产效率低,产品一次合格率不高的原 因, 进行全面论述,提出解决办法。通过分析当前中国摩托车行业的严峻形势,指 出摩托车生产技术革新的重要性和紧迫性。本文的主要内容包括摩托车平叉的结 构特点,焊接生产线设计的基本原则,焊接设备的选择及特点介绍等。通过对平 叉材质及其焊接性的分析,阐述焊接方法、填充金属、焊接工艺等因素对焊接加 工的影响规律,对焊接机器人进行研究改进使其适合此类摩托车平叉的焊接生产
