2、环泵为前级泵的 ZJ 型罗茨泵组，该泵组主要用于化工和制 药行业。化工项目如 PTMEG(主要用于生产聚氨脂弹性体、氨纶和酯醚共聚弹性体)、ABS(高性能 工程塑科)、PS(聚苯乙烯是热塑性合成树脂之一)等原材料生产，油脂化工的真空脱水、脱臭。在这 一类化工行业应用中，极限真空度在 10-1Pa 左右，大都亦是由罗茨泵和液环泵组成中真空机组。该 泵组较能在较宽的压力范围内获得较大的抽气速率，结构紧凑，设计有垂直与水平两个排气口，安 装方便；机械磨擦损失小，驱动功率小，易于维护和维修，费用低，寿命高。而且该泵组有三个罗 茨泵，相当于压缩三次，所能获得更好的真空。 关键词关键词：罗茨真空泵罗茨真空
