1、 I 摘摘 要要 本论文是立式成型机的设计,立式成型机主要由包装材料输送机构、成型机 构、封口机构、送料机构、切断机构、机架等组成,具有操作简单、生产量大、 适用范围广等特点。本设计进行了立式成型机的设计方案论证、包装原理分析、 机械结构设计和强度计算等,设计的颗粒包装机主要由供料料斗、计量供料、包 装薄膜供给、成型、纵封、横封、定量供料器、切断、电器加热等组成,其工作 原理是薄膜卷装在可调节轴向距离的轴上,薄膜经张紧装置、导向滚筒、牵引滚 筒进入薄膜导向成型器,形成筒状薄膜。进而,纵封辊将薄膜纵向封口,横封辊 将筒状薄膜的底部封口,制成敞口袋,供料机构向敞口袋内充填物料,然后横封 辊将敞口袋
