1、摘要 I 浅析我国动漫产业发展现状及方向 摘 要 动漫产品是广大人民群众特别是未成年人喜爱的文化产品。发展动 漫产业对于满足人民群众精神文化需求,促进社会主义先进文化和未成 年人思想道德建设,推动文化产业发展,培育新的经济增长点都具有重 要意义。 动漫产业是指以“创意”为核心,以动画、漫画为表现形式,包含 动漫图书、报刊、电影、电视、音像制品、舞台剧和基于现代信息传播 技术手段的动漫新品种等动漫直接产品的开发、生产、出版、播出、演 出和销售,以及与动漫形象有关的服装、玩具、电子游戏等衍生产品的 生产和经营的产业。通过政策推动,打造若干个实力雄厚、具有国际竞 争力的大型动漫龙头企业,培育一批充满
2、活力、专业性强的中小型动漫 企业,创造一批有中国风格和国际影响的动漫品牌。力争用 5 至 10 年时 间,动漫产业创作开发和生产能力跻身世界动漫大国和强国行列。 动漫产业作为文化产业的后起之秀,正在全球化的经济中扮演着越 来越重要的角色。中国动漫在巨大的挑战面前,如何摆脱现阶段的被动 局面,以高质量的动漫艺术夺回国内市场,同时走向世界,如何探寻一 条适合中国动漫产业的发展道路则是现在中国动漫产业亟待解决的问 题。本文从文化产业视角考察和分析中国动漫产业现状,通过借鉴国外 动漫产业发展的成功经验,从产品角度提出新的思路和切入点,对产业 化运营提出新的解决办法,最后提出对我国动漫产业发展的建议。
