2、, 性能不断提升, 且能在上位机上实时监控电机的运动轨迹,更能方便检测电机的故障和安全隐患。本设 计介绍了一种基于 IFIX 组态软件和 PLC 的电机伺服控制系统。系统主要有组态软件、 PLC、伺服驱动器、伺服电机组成。其中,以 IFIX 组态软件作为人机界面,可实现对系 统的实时监控,以伺服电动机为控制对象,以驱动器器为核心,以电力电子功率变换装 置为执行机构。这类系统实现对控制网络中电机的正、反转,起、停机,加、减速, 及故障报警、历史趋势、数据共享等要求。结果表明,采用这种控制方案,可以取得 良好的控制效果,运行稳定,满足设计要求,因此本设计具有广泛的应用前景与实际意 义。 关键词关键

Test results show that adopting this control scheme can achieve good control effect, stable operation, meet the design requirements, therefore this design has wide application prospects and practical significance.
