3、研究者。然而，在教育教学实际中， 教师角色转变情况与社会的期望值还有一些差距，教师在转变角色和认同、扮演新角色时 还存在着心理上的适应和冲突问题。因此，本文对当前新课程背景下，初中英语教师角色 转变进行了分析，并提出相应的措施。 关键词：初中；英语教育；教师角色分析 iii The analysis of teachers role in the junior middle school English teaching Abstract:Some new concepts of the new curriculum have not been familarized and adopted

5、s of modern educational technology ,and researcher of teaching and education because the main aims of the new curriculum are defined as students development is the basic starting point, students language abilities are mainly cultivated and the task-teaching is advocated .But in current teaching prac
6、tice, there are some inharmonious factors between the changing of teachers roles and the social anticipation, and there are some psychological adaptive and conflicting problems while teachers identify and take on new roles through changing old roles.
