1、 1 摘要摘要 随着经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快，城市交通量急剧增加，引发 了一系列严重的交通问题和社会问题。作为交通网络重要组成部分的交叉口，往 往是交通拥堵、交通事故、交通延误等交通问题的多发地带，成为整个交通网络 的瓶颈。近年来，淄博市张店区交通问题日益凸显，整个城市的交通设施、管控 水平急需进一步组织优化。因此，本文结合张店交通实际，深入研究平面信号交 叉口的交通组织优化方法，具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。 本文首先运用交通流理论分析了交叉口处的交通流运行特性， 揭示了交叉口 交通问题的成因和根源， 为解决此类问题找到了切入点和依据。 接着从优化原则、 放行方法、渠化设计和信号
