1、1 摘要摘要 别墅是不同于其它建筑的建筑物,一栋好的别墅应该有与其建筑造型相适应的电气 设计,才能够表达建筑设计者的完整构思,才能显示出建筑的完美.良好的电气设计也是 一门艺术. 本建筑为金都丽苑四号别墅,属于单元独栋住宅,共两类户型， 分别为 e3b 型和 e3bm 型。两种户型除位置不一样外，其它方面完全相同。总建筑面积都为 266.9 平方米，总 高都是 8.7 米,分两层，结构形式为砖混结构。建筑防火等级分类为三类。 电气设计包括强电设计和弱电设计,详细介绍了各电气系统的设计依据,设计原则, 设计方法。 强电部分包括：电力配电系统设计；照明配电系统设计；防雷及接地系统设计； 弱电部分包
