2、论支持。 罚球训练的主要目的就是让运动员掌握正确的罚球技术,来提高罚球命中率。 本文采用赛前 模拟训练, 进行自我暗示和放松训练的研究。在实验中针对此理论加入了适量的“表象训练”来 对运动员进行心理上的辅助训练，以检验本方法的实施效果。 本文通过心理训练对罚球命中率的影响进行阐述，进行调查分析，找出行之有效的训练方 法，为在训练中提高罚球命中率提供理论支持。 关键词：篮球；心理状态；罚球命中率； 影响因素 III Abstract Modern basketball with the evolution of basketball rules and skills and tactics of
