2、电站 普遍实行无人值守或少人值守,这就要求充电机的可靠性及自动化程度更高, 功能更加完善,能够具有较高的免维护性。此次智能充电站在设计上为保证设 备常年连续运行的可靠性, CPU 设计采用西门子 S7220 CPU224XP PLC, HMI 设计采用步科 ET070 型号触摸屏作为人机交互界面,主整流器设计采用了三相 桥式全控整流电路,控制电路采用数字闭环控制触发电路,具有可靠性高、三 相平衡性好、相序自适应能力强等优点,同时具有自动限压恒流功能、过压过 流保护功能及软起动等功能。本文主要介绍了 AGV 智能充电站的工作原理、功 能简介、外围硬件电路设计及 PLC 控制方式等。 关键词:关键
