1、 第 1 页 共 2 页 摘要 铁路是国家的重要基础设施,在综合交通体系中占有重要地位,起着骨干作用“我国铁路主 要干线能力目前还十分紧张,除秦沈客运专线外,均为客货混跑模式,客运快速与货运重载难以 兼顾,无法满足客货运输的需求。在繁忙干线建设客运专线,实现客货分线运输,能够大幅度提 高铁路运输能力,分流既有线的大部分客车,缓解既有线运能紧张的局面,同时还可以满足大经 济区。大城市的增量运输的需求,腾出既有线用来发展货物重载运输,适应日益增长的运输需要 “目前随着京津、武广、合宁、郑西等铁路客运专线的陆续开工,我国掀起了新一轮大规模的高 速铁路建设高潮。客运专线建设中大量桥梁施工需要大吨位架桥
2、设备,传统架桥机已不能满足施 工要求,大吨位架桥机研制势在必行。 本论文以 JQ900 型架桥机为研究对象,对架桥机前支撑系统、中支撑系统和后支撑系统系 统的结构强度、刚度和稳定性计算。对行走驱动系统计算和初选电机。第一阶段对架桥机作业过 程进行学习,随后对前、中、后支撑进行受力分析,然后分别计算其结构的强度、刚度、及稳定 性并得出其在满足要求的条件下还有一定富余。 关键词:铁路客运专线;900t;导梁式;定点起吊;架桥机 第 2 页 共 2 页 Abstract Railway is the important foundational facilities in a country,whi
