1、 I *香园 8#住宅楼投标报价的编制 摘 要 采用工程量清单计价的方法是国际上普遍使用的通行做法，已经有近百年的 历史，具有广泛的适应性，也是比较科学合理、实用的。以前我国采用的是定额 计价方法，现在使用工程量清单计价方法。工程量清单计价方法是由建设产品的 卖方和买方在建设市场上根据供求情况、信息状况进行自由竞价，从而最终能够 签订合同价格的方法，是一种真正适应市场经济体制，由市场定价的工程造价模 式。 本次毕业设计的题目是*香园 8#住宅楼投标报价的编制，该工程为剪力墙结 构，建筑面积为 2177.67 平方米，建筑高度为 18.65 米，设计使用年限是 50 年， 抗震设防烈度为七度。
2、设计的任务是工程量清单与计价的编制，其核心工作是以建设工程量清单 计价规范（GB-50500-2008)和河南省建设工程量清单综合单价（2008） 的相 关计算规则和组价方式为依据，通过分析施工图纸，来进行工程量的计算并完成 清单套价。设计内容包括：分部分项工程量清单与计价表、措施项目清单与计价 表、其他项目清单与计价表、工程量清单综合单价分析表、主要材料价格表等。 关键词：工程量，工程量清单，综合单价，投标报价 II Preparation of tender offer for Luoyang Iraq inlets Qinxiang Park 8 # residential buildi
