2、聘系统就显得愈发至关重要。一个好的人才招聘系 统可以作为求职者和企业的沟通桥梁，打破传统的线下招聘所不能改善的弊端，又可以 整合现有互联网信息资源，为双方提供精准的第一手信息。所以，如何通过设计一个完 善的人才招聘系统来解决上述需求是一个亟待解决的问题。 本人才招聘系统在做了详细的前期调研工作和需求分析工作的基础上，采用了时下 较为流行的 LAMP 架构构建整个人才招聘系统。相比其他技术而言，LAMP 架构有着稳定 性高，价格低廉，跨平台等诸多优势，可以很好的保证整个系统的各方面需求都可以顺 利实现。 在系统设计与实现过程中，我们将主要工作分为两部分：前台实现与后台实现。在 前台实现的过程中，
3、我们采用了 HTML+CSS+JS 的经典技术组合，在保证系统界面功能完 整的同时又兼顾了系统界面的美观，达到了界面清晰明了美观大方等基本要求，又不失 系统的新意与特点。在后台的设计方面，我们采用了开源的 MySql 作为数据库支持；采 用嵌入 HTML 中的 PHP 语言来编写系统的业务逻辑；采用 Apache 服务器来作为系统的稳 定发布。三者的相互结合可以保证我们的人才招聘系统的良好运行。 本人才招聘系统的设计严格按照软件工程流程进行。从前期可行性分析与需求分析 开始，贯穿总体设计与详细设计，到最后的实现与测试，可以说基本完整得实现了一个 人才招聘系统的所有核心功能，为求职者和企业两方面
