1、I 接触片冲裁模设计 摘要 随着中国国民经济的高速发展,各相关行业对于模具的需求越来越高,要求也日益提 高。模具产品在日常生活中起着不可或缺的作用。 对冲压生产而言,单工位模具结构单一,生产效率低,而且零件不能过于复杂,否则 就需要多副单工位模具才能实现。本次以接触片为研究对象,工件的结构简单,适用于单 工位模具。本设计内容是从零件的工艺性分析开始,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路 以及最佳工艺方案。确定该模具类型为冲孔模具,做工艺计算,计算出冲裁时的冲压力, 确定工件的压力中心,选择压力机和确定冲模的闭合高度。根据前面所计算出的内容确定 模具的凸、凹模尺寸和形状,并进行强度校核。设计出导正销
2、、橡胶、导柱、导套和模柄 等模具的主要零部件,并合理选择压力机,从而完成整个模具的设计工作。其中一些零件 是标准的零件,可以根据设计要求查表选配如:导柱、导套、模架、螺母、销钉等,最终 完成本次毕业设计。通过本课题研究,使我掌握了冲压模具设计的理论知识。 关键词:冲压;冲孔模具;工位 II CONTACT PIECES CUTTING MOULD DESING Abstract Along with the China national economys high speed development, each related profession are getting more and m
