2、 水力计算和附件等多方面精确计算、 详细考证， 力求每一部分都达到最优化、 最经济化。 在本设计中，生活给水和热水采用了相同的竖向分区，分为高、中、低三区进行水 力计算。室内排水采用污废分流的分流制，室外排水采用多斗式内排水系统。消防系统 包括消防栓系统和自动喷淋系统，在 3-18 层的住宅区布置有消火栓系统；在 1、2 层商 业区，既布置有消火栓系统，还设置了自动喷淋灭火系统，大大增加了建筑消防安全可 靠性。 在设计的最后，考虑到工程施工需要，根据方案和计算的结果，绘制了各系统的系 统图、平面布置图以及部分地方的详图。 关键词：关键词：设计秒流量，水利计算，控制点，作用面积法 2 Abstr
