1、I 摘要摘要 本设计的任务是 5000t/d 水泥熟料新型干法生产线水泥磨系统工艺设计。 目 前国内外所采用的水泥粉磨系统主要有三种:球磨机系统、立磨机系统和辊压机 预粉磨系统。经综合分析比较本设计采用辊压机联合粉磨系统,其特点是辊压机自 称系统,提高其循环量提高辊压效率,分选后的细粉粒度小而均匀更有利于磨机的配 球,故粉磨效率高,辊压机吸收高达与系统磨机相等的能量,承担的粉磨工作量大大 增加,节能效果得以提高。基于物料平衡计算和设备选型计算,选择了两台生产能力 可以达到 164.9t/h 的合肥水泥设计院的高产高细水泥磨,以及 HCF160-120 辊压 机。本次设计主要内容有:1.物料平衡
2、计算:采用凑配法,借助 EXCEL 编制程序 经多次验算得出恰当的率值:KH=0.892、SM=2.085、IM=1.073。2.工艺流程选择。 本设计选择辊压机配 V 型选粉机挤压联合粉磨系统开路粉磨工艺。 3.生产车间工艺设 计及主机设备选型:依据物料平衡计算的结果,借助经验公式并查阅表格得出合适的 主机设备。4.附属设备选型:附属设备包括斗提、输送机、空气斜槽等设备。在设 计过程中,查阅了很多资料、手册、网上文献乃去水泥厂参观考查实地设备,在 设计中理论结合经验数据,但是由于本人能力及水平有限并且缺乏实际经验,故 难免有些许缺点误差存在,望请谅解。 关键词:关键词:新型干法生产线,新型干

The material balance calculation: using hash with method, with the EXCEL programming obtained by checking the appropriate rate of several times the value of: KH = 0.892, SM = 2.085, IM = 1.073. 2. Flowsheet selection . Choose roller press with V-Separator close circuit grinding system but the whole cenment mill circuit grinding system is opened. 3.
