1、I 摘 要 半自动下管机属于切管机的一种,主要用于加工汽车减震器钢管部件下料工 序。在此之前,汽车减震器部件加工切断钢管是利用普通车床切割,自动化水平 低,体力劳动消耗大,切割精度与切口质量低,切割效率低,已经满足不了生产 要求。本文开发了一种高效,节能的半自动下管机。它是由旧式仪表车床改造而 成。半自动下管机包含长度定位装置,装夹装置,切削装置,利用 PLC 作为控制 器,来够实现自动定位钢管切削长度,自动夹紧,切削,停机。从而实现机电一 体化,打破传统人工切屑工艺,实现工业自动化。 可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是一种数字操作运算的控制系统,它专门为工业生 产中的应用而设计。它主要能够为工业控

Lower level of automation, labor cost a lot, lower machine accuracy, lower cutting quality, lower cutting efficiency. It cant satisfy requires of production. The semi-automatic pipe cutting machine include the length positioning mechanism, clamping mechanism, cutting mechanism, It use the PLC as the controller, to realize the automatic positioning of the

Finally it will realize the mechanical-electrical integration, break the traditional of manual operation, realization of industrial automation. 6、pplications in the industrial environment. It can provide safe reliable and the quite perfect solution for the automated control application suit in the industrial. It is very common that reform the lathe by the PLC in our country. In the abroad, many old machine tool reform by PLC. It is not only improving the machine tool using lifetime, but also it can upon request to reform the machine tool, improve production efficiency.
