1、 I 汽车底盘支架冲孔模具设计汽车底盘支架冲孔模具设计 摘 要 现代汽车绝大多数都具有作为整车骨架的车架,车架是整个汽车的基体,其中汽车 底盘支架是汽车底盘里的支撑零件之一,汽车底盘支架,大量用于汽车覆盖件、安装机 构上,其形状各异,是支承、安装汽车发动机及其各部件、总成,形成汽车的整体造型, 并接受发动机的动力,使汽车产生运动,保证正常行驶。大多数汽车底盘支架都是通过 冲压模具来批量生产的,模具的设计与加工工艺关系到产品的质量。 模具工业是国民经济的基础工业,模具设计与制造技术水平的高低,是衡量一个国 家产品制造水平高低的重要标志之一。本文以汽车底盘支架冲孔为例,根据该支架的实 际尺寸和形状
2、特点,进行了冲压工艺的分析以及模具凹模尺寸的确定。通过冲压设计手 册,依据凹模尺寸查得整副模具的尺寸要求。运用 CAD 软件对冲孔模具的设计,得出了 具体的冲压设备与冲孔模具各零件的加工工艺。 关键词:汽车底盘;支架;冲孔模;冲压工艺;设计 II ABSTRACT Most modern cars have a skeleton as a vehicle frame, the frame is the matrix of the entire car, the car chassis is one of the support parts in the automobile chassis,
