1、 摘摘 要要 在机械制造业产业中冲压是一种较先进的加工方法与技术,相与切削加工优缺点相 比,它有着材料有效利用率高、力学塑造性良好,生产效率高,零件互换性强众多优点。 根据要求设计的这套复合模具,我决定用倒装复合模具的设计,之所以选择倒装模具, 是其有许多的优点,比如:零件精度高,冲床在一次行程内,同时完成几道冲压过程, 所以累积的定位误差级难出现。经过加工的零件内外形状、相对位置和不同零件的尺寸 非常一致,零件平直光滑。工厂生产效率高,设计的模具有紧凑的结构,而且面积较小。 设计运用压弹卸料装置,被冲出的工件表面平整,质量十分好。工件和废料通过打料杆 将从凹模孔中落下,凹模孔槽内不集聚工件或
2、废料,这样可以降低废料对孔的作用力。 还能使凹模的尺寸变小,凹模壁厚能大大降低,使磨具材料充分利用。 通过对零件图结构进行分析,运用倒装复合模具十分适合。倒装复合模具有这些不 同点:下模座上固定凸凹模,余下废料会被弹压卸料装置从复合模上卸下。实际操作时 存在一个问题,倒桩复合膜的凹模是安装在上模座的,要把凹形孔内的加工件推出,所 以可以采用在凹模内安装推件块的方法,这样凹形模内加工零件可以顺利的落下。这样 设计的倒装复合模就可以一次性加工成所需要的零件。 通过标牌落料冲孔复合模设计,不仅巩固我们书本上所学的冲压模具的理论知识, 和现代工厂的实际工作进行联系,可以锻炼我们遇到问题解决问题的独立能
