1、 - I - 摘 要 随着列车的提速与铁路事业的不断发展,为满足机车在站内能通过轨道接收到移频 机车信号信息的要求,站内轨道电路必须实施电码化。站内电码化是一种实现在车站内 由相应轨道电路转发或叠加机车信号信息来确保铁路行车安全的重要技术。本次 17 号 站的设计选用了 ZPW-2000A 型自动闭塞制式并实施预叠加。 ZPW-2000A 型可以有效的 解决调谐区的断轨检查问题,缩短了调谐区分路死区长度并实现了对调谐单元的断线故 障检查,提高了轨道电路的传输长度,使轨道电路更加的稳定。在运行过程中列车必须 要连续不断的收到地面发送的机车信号信息,故采用预叠加电码化技术,以减少机车掉 码现象。
2、17 号站逐段预叠加 ZPW-2000A(上行)电码化工程设计共包括 10 张图纸:17 号 站信号平面布置图、17 号站上行正线正向行接车进路逐段预叠加电码化电路图、17 号 站上行正线正向发车进路逐段预叠加电码化电路图、17 号站股道(IIG、4G)电码化电路 图、17 号站站内移频柜设备布置图、17 号站站内综合架设备布置图、17 号站站内组合 架设备布置图、17 号站站内 N+1 冗余电路图和上行自动闭塞结合电路图。对 10 张图纸 进行了图纸说明,以 17 号站上行发车进路逐段预叠加电码化电路图为例,上行发车进 路电码化电路图主要介绍了 17 号站上行发车进路的 CJ 的励磁电路和自
