2、签字日期： 年 月 日 3 摘 要 施工图预算在建筑工程造价控制中起着重要作用，是考核成本、控制投 资和竣工验收的重要依据。现阶段，我国建筑工程预算的编制主要包括工程 量清单计价和定额计价。随着我国投资管理体制和建筑行业管理体制的改 革，工程量清单计价逐渐成为施工招投标、过程控制、竣工结算和合同价调 整的重要依据,其模式的适用性和可操作性日益凸显，广泛应用于我国当前 工程建设领域。 本文在介绍施工图预算和工程量清单计价模式的基础上，以某住宅楼土 建工程为案例，编制了该住宅楼在清单计价模式下的施工图预算。通过收集 熟悉相关资料文件，确定清单项目，依据清单项目及计算规则计算工程量， 然后依据地区定

With the reform of the investment and construction industrial management system, the bill of the quantities, whose feasibility and operability are increasingly prominent, is

As a result, the BOQ is widely applied in engineering construction area in China. Based on the foundation of construction drawing budget and the BOQ model, taking a re
6、sidential building as an example, this paper compiled a construction drawing budget of this project under the mode of BOQ valuation. Firstly, collect the related data document and determine the detailed list. Secondly, calculate the bill of quantities based on the computation rules and determine the integrated unit price of each part of the project according to the regional quotas and standard fees.
