1、 1 摘摘 要要 本设计项目所处理的污水主要是由天然气净化厂厂区工业废水和公共建筑用水以及 厂区生活用水组成。其混合污水最大日设计流量为 Q=8000m3/d,总变化系数为 K=1.33 , 该厂现有人口 8000,随着厂区发展速度的加快,厂区污水的排放严重威胁着该河水质, 为了避免该河水质恶化,该厂拟建一座厂区污水处理厂,以解决生活污水和工业废水的 污染问题。设计水质经环保部门监测,污水主要污染物 COD、SS、BOD5、TP、TN 以及 重 金 属 和 有 毒 物 质 少 量 , 其 污 水 水 质 如 下 : COD=360mg/l , SS=200mg/l , BOD5=160mg/l
2、,PH=6-9,历年最高气温 38.1 历年最低气温 -0.3,年平均气温 18.5,最高月平均气温 29.4,最低月平均气温 5.6。处理厂处理水质为:BOD5 10mg/l,CODcr50mg/l,SS10mg/l,NH3-N5mg/l,TP0.5mg/l,出水水质符合国家 的一级排放标准。 本设计中,采用 SBR 工艺处理该厂区污水。SBR 工艺处理污水已有很长的时间,是 一种较成熟的工艺,在国内已有很多成功的工程实例。处理构筑物主要有曝气沉砂池、 SBR 反应池、污泥浓缩池等,其主要构筑物 SBR 反应池属于间歇式反应器,本设计的 SBR 反应池建成长方形,有利于减少建设费用。SBR
