2、度管理的结果。 造船精度管理是最符合精益造船思想的,是精益造船的重要特 征。造船精度管理就是用数理统计的方法,通过对造船生产过程中 的加工精度管理和焊接热变形的误差控制,用补偿量代替余量的办 法,减少造船加工、装配和焊接当中的无效劳动。日本船厂一般都 专设精度管理组织,负责组织和推进全厂的造船精度管理。 关键词: 精度管理 精益造船 补偿量 毕 业 设 计 用 纸 2 ABSTRACT In recent years the domestic shipyard large scale expansion of domestic shipbuilding ability increases ce
