1、 I 设 计 概 况 本设计是新区十层办公楼给排水及消防设计。本设计主要包括：室内给水系统设 计、室内排水系统设计、室内消火栓系统设计和自喷系统设计等。尤其是我国现在水 资源缺乏，全国大部分的城市水资源缺乏，这已成为制约我国城市发展和经济建设的 主要因素。所以在满足楼房整体用水的同时，水资源的节约也是非常重要的。在选择 方案时，选择最佳方案的要求是运行可靠、投资省、节水节能、无污染、维护管理方 便、使用时间长等。本设计给水采用分区给水方式，其中低区由市政管网直接供水， 高区为单设水泵的给水方式，建筑内部生活污废水采用合流制排出，室内的消防设计 采用消火栓和自喷系统联合的方式。 关 键 词：办公
