2、统主要采用 PLC 和变频调速技术。该控制系统由组 态 MCGS、变频器、S7200 系列 PLC、鼓风机、引风机、水泵等构成。对于系统中所涉 及到的各个电机,其启动调速和停止,并不是通过直接控制的手段,而是利用变频器变 频调速的特性来实现的。以及 PID 调节控制,以 MCGS 组态软件设计组态界面和控制界 面,以实现实时监控。 为了有效地降低能源消耗,提高生产管理水平,本文设计的系统具有锅炉水温、 燃烧过程自动控制的功能。实现了安全可靠地系统安装维护;由 MCGS 制作的上位机, 画面直观,操作方面,监控方便。 关键词:关键词:供暖锅炉;变频调速;PLC;MCGS Abstract Wit

The control system consists of a programmable controller, inverter, fan and pump motors, sensors, and configuration MCGS. In order to achieve real-time monitoring ,the starting, running and spee
6、d of motor are controlled by inverter , as well as PID regulator controlling and MCGS configuration software design configuration interface and control interface are used in the paper. Industrial boiler control system designed in this paper has achieved the boiler water temperature, and the automatic control of the combustion process, which has reduced the energy consumption and improved the production management level.
